30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If your purchase isn't working as intended or as advertised within 30 days of receiving it, simply email us at info@winsess.com, complete a short survey about your experience, and we'll issue a full refund.

General Returns

If you'd like to return your item for any other reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To start a return, contact us at info@winsess.com. Once approved, we'll send you shipping instructions. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first — we won't be able to process unsolicited returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Reach out if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 30 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same condition requirements apply.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without seeing your refund, contact us at info@winsess.com.
